Exercise is an important factor in maintaining one’s health. There are specific exercises that people can do and they would be different for each person depending on their status. The exercises suggested by one’s doctor would correspond to the symptoms that the person has and what the person is physically able to do as a result of their symptoms.
Some people may do mild resistance training or work out on a stationary bike. But, in any case, you should speak to your doctor to find out what you can and should be doing to maintain your physical strength and health.
